Delivery is included in the product price within the Kingdom, with no separate shipping fee. Delivery details are shown before payment.

Production

Production starts once the order and the required payment are confirmed. The book is printed and packed specifically for your child, so production is part of the time it takes to arrive, not an addition to it.

Where we deliver

We deliver to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Delivery times

Delivery takes up to a week from the day the order leaves for shipping, and you can follow your order’s status from the Orders page once it is confirmed.

It is affected by public holidays and by conditions outside our control. To ask about the expected time for your address, contact us.

Shipping cost

Delivery is included in the product price, so there is no separate shipping line before payment and nothing is added on delivery.

Payment

Orders within the Kingdom are paid in full online before production starts, and there is no cash on delivery.

Delivery

Make sure the mobile number and address are correct so the delivery company can reach you. If delivery fails because of a wrong address or a number that does not answer, the shipment comes back and we contact you to send it again.

Inspect the book when it arrives, and if you find any problem contact us within 24 hours.
