Refund and Replacement Policy

The guarantee, in one line
Your payment is 100% protected: a full cash refund, or a free 100% change to your order, within 24 hours of payment, with no fees.
Within the first 24 hours
You can cancel and get all your money back, or change anything in the order: the story, the child's name, the photo, or the delivery details. No deduction, no fee.
After 24 hours
The book has entered production and is printed with your child's name and photo, which means it cannot be sold to anyone else. Cancellation is not available after this point.
If the book arrives faulty
If it arrives damaged, or the printing is unclear, or we made a mistake with the name or the photo, we will reprint and reship at our cost, or refund you in full — your choice. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the problem.
If the details were entered incorrectly
If the name was typed wrong in the order, or the uploaded photo was not the one you meant, we fix it free within the first 24 hours. After printing, we can reprint at cost price.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back the same way you paid, within 7 working days of our approval.
