Every 3 stories for SAR 196 instead of SAR 288, and the offer repeats: 6 stories for SAR 392.

A story outside the offer is SAR 96.

The offer applies automatically in the cart until December 31, 2026, and you can use a coupon with it.

Free delivery

Free delivery on orders whose products total SAR 200 or more, until December 31, 2026, applied automatically.

Delivery stays free with a coupon and with the story offer.

20% off

20% off orders whose products total SAR 500 or more, up to SAR 200 per order.

The discount is calculated on product prices after offers, and never on delivery.

One coupon per order; it does not combine with credit or a promo code.

Each customer can use the coupon once, and it needs you to sign in with a code we send on WhatsApp.

Welcome credit

When you sign in for the first time, we add SAR 20 of credit to use on the payment page.

You can use up to SAR 40 of credit per order. Credit never expires and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Credit is a discount method, so it does not combine with a coupon or promo code on the same order.

Your order

Once you place the order, we start the design with the details and photos you sent.

You are responsible for the names, ages and photos you send being correct.

Personalised products

Every product is made for your child, with their name and photo, so it cannot be returned after printing unless it has a printing defect.

Prices

Prices are in Saudi riyals. Each add-on's price is shown next to it, and the delivery fee shows with the total before you pay.

Children's photos

The photo is used only to make the story, and only our design team sees it.

Every photo is deleted 3 months after upload, whether the order was paid or not.

Whoever uploads the photo must be the child's parent or guardian, or have their permission.

Your data

We use your number to send you the design and order updates on WhatsApp, and your address only for delivery.

We never sell or share your data, except with the courier who delivers your order.

Delivery time

Your order reaches your door within 5 to 7 days of the design being approved.

Delivery fee

Delivery is SAR 20, shown on the payment page before you pay.

Ways to pay

Pay the full amount online by card through Kashier, or pay in cash on delivery.

Card payments are charged in Egyptian pounds at the rate shown before you pay; your bank may add a currency conversion fee.

Cash on delivery

We send you a 6-digit code on WhatsApp to confirm the order, and we start only after it is confirmed.

There is no extra fee for cash on delivery: the total is the same as paying online, and you pay the courier the amount shown under «Due on delivery».

Before printing

The design reaches you before printing. If you have a note, send it within 3 hours; if we don't hear back, we start printing.

After printing

Any change after printing starts is up to our customer service team and may cost extra.

If your product arrives with a defect

Message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the defect, and we will reprint it.
