3-story offer
3 economy-print stories for EGP 499, and each extra economy story for EGP 165.
3 premium-print stories for EGP 699, and each extra premium story for EGP 233.
If the stories have different prints, the quantity price applies from 4 stories.
The offer applies automatically in the cart until December 31, 2026, and you can use a coupon with it.
Free shipping
Free shipping on orders over EGP 1,000 until December 31, 2026, applied automatically.
It does not combine with coupons, but it works with a promo code and with the 3-story offer.
20% off
20% off orders whose products total over EGP 2,000, up to EGP 500 per order.
The discount is calculated on product prices after offers, and never on shipping.
For a limited time: until December 31, 2026. One coupon per order; it does not combine with credit or a promo code.
Each customer can use the coupon once, and it needs you to sign in with a code we send on WhatsApp.
Welcome credit
When you create a new account, we add EGP 50 of credit to use on the payment page.
You can use up to EGP 100 of credit per order. Credit never expires and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Credit is a discount method, so it does not combine with a coupon or promo code on the same order.
Your order
Once you place the order, we start the design with the details and photos you sent.
You are responsible for the names, ages and photos you send being correct.
Personalised products
Every product is made for your child, with their name and photo, so it cannot be returned after printing unless it has a printing defect.
Prices
Prices are in Egyptian pounds, and shipping depends on the governorate. Each add-on's price is shown next to it, and the total shows before you pay.
Children's photos
The photo is used only to make the story, and only our design team sees it.
Every photo is deleted 3 months after upload, whether the order was paid or not.
Whoever uploads the photo must be the child's parent or guardian, or have their permission.
Your data
We use your number to send you the design and order updates on WhatsApp, and your address only for delivery.
We never sell or share your data, except with the courier who delivers your order.
Delivery time
Your order reaches your door within 3 to 7 days of the design being confirmed, and a PDF copy within 24 hours.
Shipping fee
The fee depends on the governorate and shows on the payment page as soon as you choose it:
| Governorate | Shipping |
|---|---|
| Cairo, Giza | EGP 69 |
| Alexandria | EGP 72 |
| Qalyubia, Dakahlia, Sharqia, Gharbia, Monufia, Beheira, Kafr El Sheikh, Damietta, Port Said, Ismailia, Suez | EGP 81 |

How you pay
You pay 25% of the total online, at least EGP 100, and the rest in cash to the courier on delivery.
Online payment is by card or mobile wallet through Kashier, or by InstaPay.
InstaPay
After transferring, upload a screenshot of the transfer. The order is confirmed as soon as our team sees the amount.
Before printing
The design reaches you before printing. If you have a note, send it within 3 hours; if we don't hear back, we start printing.
After printing
Any change after printing starts is up to our customer service team and may cost extra.
If your product arrives with a defect
Message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the defect, and we will reprint it.
